OUR RENTAL DAY IS FROM 8:30 am TO 4:30 pm - all daily or weekly rentals must be picked up or delivered by 2pm (no exceptions) Daily renters that do not arrive by 10 am will be considered a no show. You must call if you are going to be late. Payments may be made in cash or Mastercard, Visa or American Express. A valid drivers license (must be 21) & credit card is required for the security of the rental equipment. No exceptions! Sorry, no pets allowed

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel without penalty up to 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR RENTAL DATE. Within 14 days, up to the day prior to your rental you may cancel upon paying a $50 cancellation fee on single day rentals and a $100 cancellation fee on multi day rentals. On single day rentals you may cancel on the day of the rental if it is actually raining in Naples, Maine at 8:30 on the morning of the rental. Overcast, cloudy or cold weather does not count. It must be raining and you MUST call us at 8:30 to cancel. WE DO NOT PRO-RATE RENTALS. You are responsible. Our rental day is from 8:30 to 4:30. SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED
